Other outlets/promoters have the times of each act sent out with their reminder or are on the screens at the event before & during acts.

Challenging access for elderly patrons

Finding a suitable DROP OFF/PICK UP location was difficult for three elderly ladies aged 86, 89, and 92. They faced a long, exhausting trek up numerous flights of stairs. Aside from that, it was a charming and well-organized show featuring stunning costumes.

I got a seat very close to the front but at the side, which limited my view of the performance. When I reached out to the support team for other seating options, they informed me it was sold out. Very frustrating.
