Two Months prior to an event I purchased a good ticket. On purchase my seat selection was cancelled by Ticketmaster and substituted for a much inferior seat. I have spent the better part of a month trying to straighten this out to no avail. Even providing evidence of their switching my seat, (captured in screenshots) has elicited no response. This is the worst ticket purchasing experience I have ever had. I was even lied to by staff who could clearly see the substitution, and we're telling me it was completely my error.
