We arrived at Spark arena, tickets on the app - only to not be able to enter. Directed to the box office, waited for 10 minutes - only to be told to proceed, all would be fine. When we get up to our area, the staff member directed us down to our seats - only to see that our two seats (and two more) were broken and taped off. The staff member told us they had bene broken for days. We were sent down to the floor and given two seats there. Overall a terrible experince. Why were we not told in advance, to get seats on the floor was hopeless (we couldn't see certain parts of the show because we were low & had tall people in front of us. Nobody even bothered to say sorry or apologise ! Quite frankly the whole ticket master experience was shocking, a real lack of care - nobody cared ! If I was a senior leader of ticketmaster I would be embarrassed on the way we were treated - kind regards Paul
