You are making booking tickets hard for the older generation. You insist that we have tickets now on our phones. Now this is the second concert we have been to this year. Earlier in the year we saw Bjorn Again at the Opera House. Both times my phone could not get wifi. So what happens I go to the box office and they give me tickets. Why could I just not print tickets as in the past if the wifi in certain places cannot work properly.
