Our digital tickets did not show an entry door for Spark Arena (We had 2 platinum GA tickets). We were near the front of the queue for the door we were supposed to be at, according to loudspeaker announcements. However, I was turned away and told to go to another door, which happened two more times before we were finally allowed in. Our tickets were not scanning correctly (coming up "red" on scanner, indicating we were in the wrong place). By this time we had missed the start of Jon Tongood's set, which we had arrived early to see.
