We were gifted tickets to RNZB in Wellington. The original purchasers of the tickets followed the process and transferred them to us via email. We accepted the tickets and followed the process and got the answer 'Transfer Unavailable'. The message said try again later .... well, we did again many times over the next 24 hours without success. The gifter sent us an email from Ticketmaster suggesting at least 5 ways to fix the problem. NONE worked. Why is there no-one who can fix these things at Ticketmaster? No 0800 number. No email address to write to. Nowhere on the App to show you what to do. Because I didn't have the tickets and I didn't have an order, I couldn't use the 'Need help with this order' button nor could I 'Submit a request'. We were fortunate to be given the tickets at the box office!
