At door entry my phone only showed one ticket. I had bought two tickets. It said go to Ticketmaster but gave me no link to do so. The lady working at the door didn't know how to get the 2nd ticket on my phone. I was in a rush because show was due to start. I was waiting for my friend who had gone to the Ladies. The door lady asked me for the other seat number, which I gave her and she told me to go in. I expected her to let my friend in. But my friend said the lady was not at the door and no one would let her in, so she stayed at the back, until intermission allowed her to go forward and look for me in Row G. This was all extremely disappointing and annoying.
