The website had an issue and forced my page refreshed while I was at the front of the queue to buy tickets. I was then prompted to sign in again and then told to reset my password. By the time I was able to log back in and re-enter the queue, the tickets had sold out. Their support could not provide me with any solution and just kept going around in circles.
