It is annoying that some tickets can not be printed and an app is needed to show your tickets. Our venue was changed so we could print our tickets. Then I got an email that directed me to the website and that showed that our tickets were cancelled. I rang twice about all the changes, and it is had to find a phone number, please put it in your emails. The lady on the other side of the phone was very helpful, please have people like that available.
