You changed the venues and therefore changed our seats which were originally behind front row, you put us 5 rows back. You didn’t bother responding to my email when I expressed concerns about our new seating arrangements. Getting a human being to talk to was near impossible. You constantly force us to change our passwords. Thankfully Dionne Warwick and a lovely helpful fan at the concert made up for the mess up by Ticketmaster as she was 5/5
