Reselling extra tickets is an easy process and great that scalping has been taken out of the equation, 5%of ticket cost plus a handling fee does take it too far the other way. Receiving email on day of concert that screen shots of ticket won't work and you must download an app ( that my phone can't download as it's too old) but wasn't the case anyway, is unnecessarily stressful. But all other information helpful in regard to gig and venue.
