I only trust Ticketmaster NZ now after being mucked around by the likes of Ticket Ferry. Ticketmaster recently let me know that the Nelly concert was cancelled. I was informed by email with plenty of notice and exact outline about my refund. Great to have options of seeing the map of seating to get the best spot at each event and love the option of mobile tickets. Highly recommend!!
