I have left four requests for Ticketmaster New Zealand to respond to a query about non-payment for reselling my Pearl Jam tickets on 3rd Nov. To date no payment has been made from your third party ticket reselling partner and it has been over a months since the tickets sold. I have checked my payment details are correct and my account with the third party vendor is verified. It is disgusting that people sell tickets on your platform and a month later, we are still waiting for payment and chasing you with no response, excepting for a standard automated message that payment will be made by Adyen within 10-12 business days.
