The online payment system was dysfunctional. I tried several credit cards. All rejected so forced to pay using AfterPay. I then received twice the number of tickets I had ordered!. I phoned immediately and (unusually I am informed) the additional tickets were eventually refunded (a positive) but later found out that the requested donation asked for was not i.e. "out of their hands". Therefore as it turned out the donation and TM charges came to more than the purchased tickets themselves. Quite ridiculous. Fortunately, the ticket prices were relatively low so it wasn't a train smash but the principal is odd since it was a system error and they facilitated the donation on both applications. I won't donate via TM in future which is a little sad for the recipients - a worthy cause.
