System was broken. Tickets purchased 3 weeks prior and “by mail” selected so I could give as a birthday gift. One week prior to event when tickets didn’t arrive I submitted an online query but received an unhelpful generic reply. The day before the event I then spent 30min on hold to ticket master so they could email me digital tickets.
