Had standing tickets to see pink,when inside,decided to try to get seated tickets,bought 2 seated tickets that were clearly shown as a seated area and described as such but after purchasing we were informed that the tickets were actually standing tickets so we paid double the price,to top it off,weren't permitted to go to the so called seated area which was close to the stage so instead were shown to "free seats" which resulted in having to watch pink on a screen for most of the night as it was too far from the stage area.Basically lied to,cheated out of ,$400 and ruined a night which my wife had waited for to see,as most kiwis,she hasn't had the opportunity to see many major acts as not many come to South island.We drove 7 hrs to get there and then another 7 to go home after the concert.Shame on you ticketmaster.
