I would give you are zero if I could. You ruined my night. I booked a ticket to the show 14 months in advance. That was a great seat; centre of the circle. Three hours before location was due to go up I got an email from Ticketek to say you had double sold the seat and were moving me. You didn’t say where to. And you sent the message to 7 minutes after your phone centre closed so there was no way I could talk to anyone. I would’ve liked to ask for a refund. Instead you left me with no options, as neither the Ticketmaster staff at venue, ballet nor the venues person could actually do anything. You suck Ticketek.
