Jhandie was amazing! We bought tix to a show, on an aisle for my husband's disability. When TicketMaster re-allocated our seats (show wasn't selling well, and it's part of their T&Cs that they can move you to "comparable" seats), we discovered our new seats were mid-row -- which simply won't work for mobility reasons. We reached out via the website, and this agent went back-and-forth a half dozen times over email to find a better option for us. I know we all like to complain about TM's fees and policies, but they've also got some AWESOME people in Customer Service who deserve a huge shout out!
