Generally, I am not a fan of Ticketmaster, but since I am rating my recent experience, I have to give 5 stars, not to Ticketmaster, but specifically to Jeana M on their customer service team.They were great and were able to clear up confusion in my refund request for a show that was rescheduled. I was originally asked to fill out a form because Ticketmaster claimed by payment method had changed since I purchased the tickets. When I replied that it hadn't they passed my case along to Jeana M, who figured everything out and got my refund sent back to my original payment method. Thank you, Jeana!
