Booked in 2019 to see Elton John, unfortunately due to Covid and his illness concert was delayed until January this year. Concert was then cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in Auckland (NZ). This company has had my money for a number of years now and my original credit card has been renewed so they claim they cannot automatically pay me back. Have furnished them with all new details yet they claim still unable to action refund and now want me to complete a bank refund - only form they have is designed for Australia not UK (where credit card originated) or NZ. Totally hopeless, never address queries directly and seem completely reluctant to refund monies owed.
