I had a really nice experience when I contacted Ticketmaster to ask if it was possible to get a refund on my ticket as I became very unwell three days before the concert and as it was a virus I knew I should not attend the show. I reached out to Ticketmaster not expecting much to be honest, but was pleasantly surprised by how well and quickly it was handled with a good result with the promoter agreeing a refund in my circumstances. Thanks again for a great job all around, made my crap week much better!!
