I sent my EFT request for an Elton John refund nearly one month ago and heard nothing back and did not receive the refund. So one week ago I asked on the status only to receive this: "thank you for sending in this request we have passed it onto our finance department for processing. Please be patient" blah blah blah. They did nothing with my last request and now I'm supposed to be patient again. They've had my money for over 3 years. Useless.
