Staff are unresponsive and slow

Spoke this morning to an older lady at Ticketmaster, she advised there were 2 tickets to the event available and then said three seats had become available- I had 2 tickets in my basket online, but dumped them because I preferred three seats together. While expecting her to allocate the tickets she stuffed around , the phone call took 15mins approximately, during this time other online buyers were able to snag all of the remaining tickets …including the three tickets she advised me were available…she then had the audacity to say I took too long to decide what tickets I wanted, which is nonsense.
