Ok for a single event booking. Impossibly difficult and slow for a multi-event booking - I would recommend organisations not to use Ticketmaster for multiple-event needs. We mistakenly ended up booking twice so asked for a refund, and we appreciated the fact that despite reminding us in severe terms that Ticketmaster never gives refund, in fact we did get a refund so thanks for that.
