I purchased tickets LONG ago during early Covid-19 and my concert was postponed a handful of times.The concert date has finally been set, and I realised I had chosen 'courier' as my delivery preference and have since changed address!I reached out to Ticketmaster and quickly received a reply from John Lester.Not only did John update my address for me so the tickets will arrive at my new address, but he also added information that let me know how to update my billing information to prevent the same thing happening in future.Thanks John for the helpful, prompt, and proactive response!
