Most dreadful and utterly abysmal service in NZ (about from the healthcare system) for people with disabilities. Time and time again I’ve missed out in significant concerts due to the fact I’m in a wheelchair and not being able to get through on their apparently ‘open all the time’, and just yesterday told ‘ lines have been open the just few days’ utter crap, cannot secure tickets to the most significant concert of my life, which isn’t going to last much longer in my late 40s. This is unacceptable, they are unacceptable, and a utter disgrace. If there was a zero rating then they would GET IT!!!
