After sending our first email, waiting 4 days with no reply, and then ringing to be on hold for 30 minutes, finally getting an answer to be told ticketmaster would 'escalate' our issue with the 'Providers' with no timeline or solution guaranteed - this had the making of a horror story.HOWEVER , after hanging up totally disgruntled, we received a quickfire email to say we were being attended to, followed by another same day email providing us with a solution.
