Ticketmaster wouldn't refund tickets and wouldn't give a valid reason!

We purchased tickets for Synthony 2021, the date was then changed to 2022 and we were no longer able to attend and requested a refund, this was declined.Ticketmaster advised we were notified on the 11th November 2021 of the possible date change, which is ridiculous as we purchased the tickets on the 26th and 30th of November.They then tried to say we were notified during the online purchase of the tickets, which is also a lie so we requested proof, they wouldn't respond to our emails after that.Eventually the date of the event has been changed again and again we requested a refund, and this time they approved the refund.They should have just refunded our money in the first place rather than make up excuses and make us go through all the stress of trying to get our money refunded over the following months.Poor service, unacceptable!!!
