After a concert is cancelled all information on the Ticketmaster website and email communications says “don’t contact us, we’ll refund you, it takes time”. I waited two weeks and didn’t get a refund. So contacted them. They said “okay but it will take 3-5 days”. It didn’t. It was on my credit card with seconds. Not minutes, or hours or days or weeks. Seconds. But only after I asked for it. Even though they tell you “don’t ask us for it. It’s automatic”.
