Got electronic tickets to the Van Gogh show. Not great information about the start times for the shows it wasn’t clear that you could go in earlier than 10.30pm. Also had issues trying to access my ticket barcodes from the booking. My password and email didn’t work to log on and it kept wanting fingerprint I’d which I don’t use. Luckily there was a ticket office at the entrance which printed up the tickets for us on the spot. I had checked this earlier and all was fine so I wonder why it did not work on the day. I will be reluctant to purchase tickets again like this.
