A good experience over all

Helpful call centre staff explained how to get a refund on an event which had been postponed due to Covid-19. I followed the instructions to submit a request online, and got my refund within an hour. The only reason this is not a five star review is that the Ticketmaster website is a bit hard to navigate, to find the form for a refund. But a good experience over all.
