great shows, bad website service

Trying to get tickets during a ‘special’....site demands I change my password before being allowed to purchase, delaying my purchase. Then the site won’t let me buy two tickets if it means one ticket is left solo so I have to get worse seats as a result. So i chose worse seats, then the site kept saying it was redirecting me to payment but did not progress to the payment stage. I rang for a human to get the tickets for me but that meant I couldn’t get the special. So I Cancelled out of all browsers, started again, this time the site worked and went through to payment but it was not the ‘special price’ as advertised ie. ‘all tickets’ were at the special price. Gave up... really, we’ve had online commerce for over 25 years and for the ‘service charge’ prices on each ticket, Ticketmaster should be doing better. Or rename the site to ‘ticketaverage’
