I had a VIP pass for an event at the venue on Sunday, but I did not receive any email from the service detailing what was expected of me as a VIP guest. To address my concerns, I reached out to the service and accessed a helpbot, but received no answers. I then attempted to call the service, only to find the number I dialed was incorrect. I also tried contacting the venue for help but had similar trouble reaching someone. I arrived at the venue about 40 minutes before the show started, only to be seated and asked by my neighbor why I hadn’t received my VIP lanyard or book upon arrival. This information was apparently in the email I missed. Regardless, the staff at the entrance didn’t inquire about my lanyard; they only checked my electronic ticket. The show itself was fantastic, but I believe communication with VIP attendees could be improved!
