Too many tickets sold and not enough facilities. The restrooms were filthy, and there were long lines for everything. It felt cramped, and in case of an emergency, escape would have been difficult. The concert was amazing, but too much time was wasted waiting in lines. The drink options were poor; it was baffling that a certain drink was available while staff wouldn't sell a more suitable alternative. I have an allergy to the other option.
