I have rated Ticketmaster down, I had an issue booking. It took four attempts to make the booking online. Three times it timed out. On the fourth attempt, I accidentally input wrong date. Immediately looked for a phone number- Ticketmaster has no telephone contact. Followed instructions and emailed, putting Same Day in. It took several days to get a reply. I was ultimately able to get my event date changed, team members were helpful so normally I would rate higher.It’s not team members fault but company and systems. I have a strong belief that no business should trade in Australia without a phone number. The event itself was spectacular. Great venue and an outstanding show.
