Extremely poor. No help at all even though I showed proof of purchase. My tickets vanished from my account and they won’t tell me why or even help. They took my money and treated me like I wasn’t even human. Nobody could answer any questions nobody even wanted to help. Just generic ai generated responses. Nobody even responded to my first help action. It proves this company only cares about profit. This company will always be second to ticketek.
