The system is too slow

The system is too slow. It kept logging me out. It took too long to transfer pedestrian passes. At times the system said transfers were unavailable.On the day the Ticketmaster App was not working. I had to get someone at home to log into the website to effect what need to be done, and still that took a long time to do.One person received the email about the transfer, but could never access the ticket. We worked out that Ticketmaster had instead recorded that we had transferred 2 tickets to another person, but they only received one ticket. The service was Ticketmaster was so bad that I have written a formal complaint to the VRC.
