We contacted Ticketmaster for a refund after driving around for an hour and 10 minutes unable to get a car park for the show. We ended up missing the show and were unable to attend. There was no parking that could be secured and it was held at the same time as a market. We wasted $240.00 to go to a show we didn’t even get to go to. And the email responses from Ticketmaster (Martha B) were not helpful and rude. We were not offered a refund and essentially told too bad. Do better Ticketmaster. Never been so upset with a company before, absolutely disgraceful!
