Hattie is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! Amazing at every turn. She is very ably supported by Eli and Andrew and the rest of her team. We have a family member with profound disabilities and Eli took copious notes to pass on, so that accessible seating suitable for their disabilities could be organised. Eli made our family member feel valued and seen. What an incredible asset to the Ticketmaster accessible bookings team.Andrew was so lovely and sincere and Hattie… she was just downright amazing. Empathetic, professional, exceptional interpersonal skills and just delightful. Hattie listened and it became clear that she realised the extent of disability and adjusted her service accordingly.
