Frustrating issues

I understand it was at the direction of the artist to lock up phones but it is frustrating. Trying to police grow adults on phone use especially in an age where they are used for everything is ridiculous. We actually had an issue, thankfully the constant vibrating bag on our laps alerted us to and we were able to get them opened quickly and some of the group leave. Again, extremely silly policy.Performance times were completely wrong. Incredibly frustrating. The artist started a full hour after we were informed the ‘sharp’ start was. Pretty ridiculous.
