On every communication I had from Ticketmaster it said show started at 5:00pm when in actual fact the show started at 7:00pm. This caused great confusion in our family, including babysitting and transport issues!! At the last minute my daughter looked on Google and it said it started at 7:00pm causing more changes to our arrangements!! All the unnecessary stress could have been avoided if you said "doors open at 5 and show starts at 7"!!! not hard to do.
