We purchased tickets that included the sound check experience but never received any form of information as to when the sound check and Q and A was on. We arrived at the show early as we only received a reminder email that the show was on that day. We did receive the bonus material but was disappointed that we were not pre advised as to what we purchased. We travelled from the country to be there a day early before the concert so was a waste of money to pay for an experience we did not receive.The show was fantastic and Tina Arena was amazing.
