It’s ridiculous that I can’t transfer the tickets to my own email address that is the same one that is on my account. I often take an 84 year old friend to see shows & she doesn’t even have an email address so this makes things extremely difficult!! Print at home tickets are my preference but mobile tickets are often the only option. Surely if I transfer them to my email, you must know it’s me!! It’s very frustrating & annoying otherwise I have no complaints.
