When I was placed into a Queue for the AUSGP Formula 1 once you got in and checked for a certain grandstand it would say all sold out and then you had to go back into another queue before being allowed to check another grandstand, this was absolutely ridiculous and by the time I got in all tickets all were sold out for the Saturday and Sunday! I was in the pre sale which had no advantage what so ever. You need to review your process as this is not on!!!!!
