As an older person, and not au fait with computers I find it very difficult to confidently buy tickets on line, particularly if buying for a group. We are timed out, time and time again before the purchase is completed. Consequently we don’t buy group tickets as we used to over the phone. Buying single tickets doesn’t suit us as we like to sit together. And then there is the problem of keeping it( them) in whose wallet????
