Worst customer service support I’ve ever experienced from an established company. It’s fine if you don’t need to change anything about your ticket purchase, but once problems arise, the customer support doesn’t help whatsoever. I asked a bunch of questions, they didn’t answer and instead wanted to cut off the conversation. What in the world?? Not to mention some of the replies were just copy and paste and not directed at my specific problem.
