I purchased tickets to the Weekend concert in Melbourne. When looking at the tickets they had obstructed view advertised for $330. I wanted to ensure I did not have obstructed view so I paid $450 a ticket. I got the the concert and had a complete obstructed view. When contacting Ticketmaster I explained, sent photos and asked for a refund in the difference of ticket prices. The said no. I’m so disappointed. I feel completely ripped off and I feel like the tickets they were selling were just false advertising.
