Absolutely disgusting company to go through to get any type of help. Accidentally purchase tickets for the wrong country and they can't do a single thing. Not even gift card it so I can get another event through them or anything. They're just happy to take you know $1,100 from a single mum and not give a crap.. I honestly hope someone's soothes you one day and you're forced to pay back people the money that you stole from them. Hopefully somebody takes you down. Ticketmaster you're absolutely a waste of space of a company that cheats people. You either don't send it or reply to emails. You're absolutely grotty grotty company.
