I have an urgent issue transferring regarding AFL tickets. I spent a lot of time trying different solutions and googling the problem to no success, so I tried to contact Ticketmaster. I sent screen shots of the error messages and a detailed explanation of what was going wrong and what I had tried. I told them it was an urgen issue. Two days later I was sent a copy and paste instruction guide which was unhelpful and did not address my issue. The person (bot?) read the first line of the communication and clearly didn't read the rest. And there is no way to contact them otherwise, even to make a complaint. That the AFL is using these guys is a joke.
