This website is terrible

This website is terrible. I entered the queue and waited so I could buy tickets to Optus Stadium and when the time rolled around waited, not terribly long, but because I entered one membership number incorrectly had to go back to the queue. And why do you have to click three times to get to the validation page?Why do I continue to get screwed on the choice of seats? Being early to order you would think you would get good seats. Not so, my daughter who got her tickets 4 hours later received tickets that were just the same.When attempting to upgrade tickets you are only given the option to upgrade to only one section of the stadium, an area I did not want.Any time you decline the tickets and search again you are offered the same section, row and sometimes the very same seats.Previous years when ordering (not membership tickets - we have flexi membership so only three tickets) we have had the same type of problem and later found people who had bought days after us have been bought much better tickets (not that they paid more).
